Why we built RFXapp
Small businesses spend far too much time managing purchasing manually. Whether it's tracking down suppliers over email, comparing quotes in spreadsheets, or trying to negotiate better pricing without any leverage, the process is slow, fragmented, and frustrating.
Enterprise procurement tools like SAP Ariba and Coupa exist, but they cost thousands per month, take months to implement, and are designed for teams with dedicated procurement staff. For a small business buying office furniture, IT equipment, or marketing services, these tools are overkill.
There's nothing in between. RFXapp fills that gap. We give small businesses the same procurement capabilities that large enterprises have, without the complexity, the cost, or the six-month onboarding process.

Our approach
We believe AI should make procurement accessible, not more complicated. We don't force you to learn procurement terminology or build elaborate templates. You describe what you want in your own words, and our AI helps you from there — finding suppliers, drafting outreach emails, extracting requirements from your documents, and evaluating the bids that come back.
We also believe that evaluating supplier bids shouldn't be reduced to numbers in a spreadsheet. Traditional procurement scoring systems ask you to assign arbitrary weights to criteria and then reduce everything to a single number. Our AI reads and understands bids holistically — considering pricing, capability, risk, delivery terms, and everything else that matters — the same way a skilled procurement professional would, but faster and without the bias.
